Service Department Our Customer Service team prides itself on
solving customer inquiries and issues quickly and efficiently. Our team is
second to none in providing our customers with timely service.
Each Customer
Service team member is fully trained on all aspects of our business and in many cases is able to walk a customer through and resolve technical
problems over the
phone. This enables the customer to use the equipment and chemicals right away
without waiting for a technician to arrive at the location.
Customer Service provides many functions. They include, but are not limited to, solving or pinpointing technical issues, dispatching service technicians, installation concerns, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) requests and chemical usage. Customer Service hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday-Friday. Contact 800-466-0693 X 301, voice mail is available if calling during non-business hours.
