The Patco Professional Food Safety Program is already servicing over 20,000 accounts designed to assist on the commitment to protect customers from food borne illnesses by:
- Delivering individually designed and tailored products
- Maintaining a safer and more efficient work environment
- Minimizing the risk of illnesses related to contaminated food
- Providing food safety training and education
We are seeking applicants to perform a variety of functions required for sales growth in existing accounts in an assigned geographical territory to:
- Promote the sale of authorized Patco products
- Recommend new products
- Assure proper use of products through inspection and training
- Generate sales growth by establishing goals and budgets and implementing Patco’s strategic initiatives
- Assist store associates achieve required restroom maintenance levels
- Manage the territory in accordance with company guidelines and requirements
- Commit to excellence in Patco product knowledge
Responsibilities include:
- Ascertaining customer needs
- Performing restroom audits
- Servicing existing customers
- Demonstrating product applications
- Training end-users
- Represent Patco in a professional manner
Requirements:
Education/ Work Experience Preferences:
- High School or Equivalent Some college preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Visual and hearing acuity to perform job related functions
- Ability to operate a car
- Ability to ride/drive in a car for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate small hand tools
- Ability to Lift 45 pounds
Other Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and a vehicle for travel to customers that will accommodate product samples, literature and customer files
- Demonstrated Interpersonal/Negotiation Skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills such as those skills required to set up and maintain prospecting and customer files.
- Computer literacy and working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of products or equivalent software programs.
- Self-motivated and manage time efficiently
- Effective oral and written communication. Always representing Patco in a professional manner
- Available to conduct activities at times and locations convenient to the prospect or customer
- Availability for travel outside the territory and/or over night when required
- Mechanical ability and interest preferred
